The workshop will continue and build on the discussions from previous membership workshops.
This workshop is open to all AC Forum members with an interest in membership management. Participants are expected to have a good understanding of how membership works in their organisation and are expected to actively contribute during the workshop sharing best practices, as the workshop will be highly interactive.
Those who participated in previous membership workshops will no doubt be keen to attend again, and we also encourage anyone involved in membership management who has not yet done so, to take part in this workshop.
